Shockingly bad customer service by Connells. Over priced houses with poor built quality. Retracting my deposit is one the best decision I have made

Lovely new homes in the gorgeous village of caldecote,such a short distance from all major road connections.

Not a rational negotiation. The property wasn't selling off-plan and yet, BBH unwilling to budge on price. This despite similar properties in better locations costing less than their guide price, and so obviously I went elsewhere. Who wouldn't?
