First Aid at Work with Nikki was amazing. I have had a few First Aid courses in the past, but not with Bridge. This was the first course where I came away with practical tips and a feeling that I could be helpful in an emergency. Nikki brings a wealth of experience to the course, and is an excellent trainer. I completed paediatric first aid with Nikki yesterday. It was thorough, straightforward, enjoyable…and no role play…hooray!! I enjoyed it far more than I believed was possible…Nikki is a great trainer and I now feel confident in using my newly acquired skills. Highly recommend.

Nikki from The Bridge First Aid ran a First Aid course at the school at which I work. I thought the course was excellent. Nikki was a great teacher, she is extremely experienced and very knowledgeable. Nikki gave lots of First Aid examples from personal experience which made the scenarios more real. I have practiced CPR on models before, but this was the first time there was an electronic receiver to show if I was doing it correctly. I found the course most worthwhile and well presented.

Many thanks for this wonderful course. It is impressive to see how much information can be packed in 6 hours. Nikki was a kind and compassionate instructor. She taught the course and especially the delicate subjects with passion and care, mindful of the participants' potential trauma in relation to the delicate subjects. The village hall in Hinxton was really nice location, clean and spacious with easy parking access. Thank you.

A refreshing and super friendly first aid training experience. Immediately following training, my entire team asked if we could re-book with The Bridge next time as it was so enjoyable. Previous first aid training has consisted of lots of role play, audience participation and practical assessments. The Bridge take a really unique approach to training and as a result, it's so engaging and actually quite fun! Nikki was just brilliant. She is warm, friendly, approachable and captivated the group with her incredible training technique. She refers to a lot of personal experiences in first aid which really help you retain information and due to her wealth of knowledge and real life experiences she has so many tips and tricks that would genuinely apply to every day situations - it's not just text book! I feel very lucky knowing my team have trained with Nikki, not only has our first aid knowledge improved significantly but I feel very confident if an accident or emergency were to occur during an event, my team could confidently assist until professional help was available.
