Excellent! Our dog Scout boarded recently for four days and came back happy, well looked after and smelling lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and shared their experiences and opinions of Scout after, all of which made it very clear that they had been attentive carers. Very reasonable on pricing and an easy to find location too. We'll definitely be return customer!

Whenever I go on holiday I take my two cats to Cozy Pets Boutique Hotel. The people there are very caring, and nothing seems too much. When I heard that it might be closing, I was really upset. Luckily, it hasn't . My two cats will be going back in September, I haven't any concerns as they always come back looking happy and healthy

Not only is the owner really talented and makes the cutest dresses, she's quick to communicate, sew, and send the stuff to you. She's truly just amazing to work with. That's why we keep coming back. We love her. 💜🖤

Good experience with Cozy Pets! Recently booked boarding for a week and did a day trial beforehand. The staff is very kind and it was nice to get a quick tour to see the kennel. I don't have a car and they made it so stress-free with the collection/delivery service. My dog seemed well cared for and happy when she arrived home 😊 They seem to fill up quickly, so would recommend booking early

I dropped her off today & the staff were so caring and wonderful with Missy. They were so attentive to Missy’s needs ❤️ very clean and spacious kennel!

I wouldn’t recommend this kennel. The facilities are nice but there seems to be a total disconnect between the staff working with the dogs and the team members who communicate with owners. Because of this it would be difficult to know whether the dogs are being looked after well and the team are letting themselves down, or rather, the care is poor. Booked services were not delivered despite them being requested over email when booking, verbally, and in the dog’s notes at drop off. I had to chase several times to get an update on how they were doing despite being told we could request daily updates at drop off, and ultimately ended up worrying that they were either so short staffed that they couldn’t deliver good service, or rather, they were such a hot mess that I needed to pick up the dogs early to essentially rescue them from a bad situation!

Our dog seemed to be happy when we picked her up and on dropping off, the staff seemed really friendly and accommodating. The kennels were spotless and spacious and we took our dogs own bed and toys. I emailed part way through the holiday to see if she had settled OK and got a lovely reassuring email back.

Our first visit to the Cozy Pets Boutique Hotel for our two British Shorthair Cats and the staff and facilities have proved to be excellent. Collected our two boys this morning and they were relaxed and happy. The units are well sized with an outdoor area. The staff have really thought through how to put the cats at ease with hideaways and play things. Thoroughly recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting Cozy Pets Boutique Hotel recently. To my surprise, it was bigger/ much better conditions I could have ever imagined. My instant thought was 'Yes, this the place I want my pet to be when I am away from the UK'. Furthermore, the staff gave me such a comprehensive overview of the day-to-day functioning of the Hotel, that I certainly did not have the smallest intention of going somewhere else. They seem extremely skilled, thoughtful and the attention to detail is constant. I was completely overwhelmed with how seriously they take the job they do, and how passionate they are about it. Love this pet hotel. Left our 3 labradors with them twice and then just 2 of them on the last visit. Our youngest lab was in season and they were really happy to take her. She also has been off her food so they made sure that she was eating every day. They could not do more for you. Staff extremely friendly. Kennels clean and all made up ready for you when you drop your loved pets off. We were extremely worried about leaving our girls in kennels. However now we have found somewhere we can now go on holiday together without the dogs first time in 5 years. Could not recommend them enough. The only thing I would say is book early as they get really busy.
